Dressage Warmbloods Team

Our team consists of  outstanding talent – Kimberly Monk for dressage and We have several talented trainers  for jumping, and  eventing.  Nancy Gillett DVM and business Partner along with Pam Moss Managing Partner.   We are fortunate to have Stephan Kiesewetter and/or Peter Borggreve to assist in the assessments before they come to the USA.

 

Kimberly Monk - Trainer of Champions
California

Kimberly Monk is a BHS Masters Instructor  She trained her own stallion from a colt to FEI levels and won regionally and USDF breed awards. Kim has trained other National Champions from colt to Prix St. Georges. She holds the highest median score in the history of USDF at Prix St. George.   Her dressage education has been most significantly influenced by her trainer and coach two-time Olympian Hilda Gurney

Kim works with and trains each of our  horses. She gives them the kind of experience in life that makes for a useful and educated horse giving the horse the maximum opportunity for an excellent career and a good life.
 

Kim has trained a number of young riders to achieve the National distinction of riding on the Region 7 Young Rider FEI national championship teams. 

  

 
 



Pam Moss 
Business Manager
California

Pam Moss is the business manager of Dressage Warmbloods. She provides the support and cheerleading section of our horses and team. It is with a love of the sport and the animals that makes it all come together for her and those lucky few who acquire our horses. She travels regularly to Germany and Holland for both training and buying of our horses.  

Pam has developed excellent relationships with many of the FEI veterinarians, trainers, and show barns in both Germany and Holland.  We rely on these relationships in finding the horses that we import both for Dressage Warmbloods and our clients. 

Dressage Warmbloods is an authorized agent for the Westfalen Breeders Association in Munster/Handorf Germany and can assist in purchases through their marketplace and auctions

Nancy Gillett DVM - Business Associate  Massachusetts 

 

Nancy became a part of the Dressage Warmblood family a few years ago when she purchased Razzamatazz – a young horse, for her daughter.  Recently she acquired Pernod a German Pony Stallion which she rides.  Both Nancy and her daughter ride and show in dressage. 

She is passionate about the sport of Dressage, and as an amateur who has been involved in several horse avocations, she has experienced first hand the challenges of finding the right team to support you in finding the
perfect horse and a trainer that matches your needs. 

Nancy brings an outstanding background in veterinary medicine and extensive business experience and adds another dimension to our team.  Pernod will be standing at her farm
